Horrible experience. Mechanics are rude and sexist and do not pay attention to detail. A chunk of my inside door handle... on my BMW was chipped and they did not even notice or saying anything. In fact they tried to blame it on me when I was just picking up my car from them and it sure was not there before! Owner is full of it too and experienced liar.REPLY: Wrong person. He doesn't even know which situation this is because he has so many issues. His presence on here and his responses prove my point as to what kind of person he is. Refer back to review. Absolute cheat - do not get fooled by the low prices - got a side mirror from him. The mirror had a camera. First of... all, he put in the mirror with no cover and told me all was done and took the money from me. When I told him about it, he said yes, he knows and he has ordered one for me. It came after 2 weeks. Also, the camera does not work to which he says that he sold the mirror with a camera and not a working camera. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CHEAT.read more

I had a great experience with Eddie at Columbia Auto Collision. He is very honest and up front about his... recommendations. I had another auto shop estimate $1200 to fix a damaged bumper, but Eddie gave me a $350 repair estimate option vs replacing it for $800. He recommended the $350 fix. The repair looks great! Even his high end fix was still $400 cheaper than his competitors. I highly recommend this shop!read more

I recently had a minor accident that damaged the driver side door, so that I couldn't open the door from the outside so... I needed a new door shell. I am so glad I found Columbia Auto Collision Center to handle the repair. Mr. Tehrani was very courteous and treated me fairly throughout the process.He was also super kind, going so far as to give me a ride back home after I left my car there.Having searched online for expected costs of the repair, I found the estimate to be reasonable.Even when unexpected issues cropped up, Mr Tehrani kept me updated and worked with me so that my final bill ended up being very close to the original estimate. They even took care of some pre-existing cosmetic items, so my car looked better than it did before the accident. Though I hope I will not have to bring my car in anytime soon, I will know who to go to next time.read more

I accidentally drove into my garage with a back door open, causing a small ding and some scratched paint.Went to one... body shop nearby that quoted me nearly $900 for a proper fix (which involved taking apart the rear bumper and blending the paint, etc.).Then I got a second opinion from Eddie, who was amiable and told me the right fix would take about $800, but he suggested just removing the ding and applying touch-up paint, which he said would be visible only upon close inspection, otherwise hiding the scratch and protecting the paint, for $150.I chose the latter.On the positive, the ding was removed convincingly, and the paint touch-up matched my car paint color nearly identically.On the negative, the touch-up treatment stood out pretty badly (noticeably raised above the other paint).I wasn't expecting showroom perfection, but this looked a little amateurish.The fix also took two full days (though he initially told me one).They failed to call when it was done; I had to call a few times to check in on status.When I went to pick it up, the office was somewhat of a mess; they couldn't find my paperwork or my keys.They eventually found the keys, but not the paperwork.Come payment time, Eddie just fished a number out of the air for the charge: $285, to which I asked what happened to the $150 estimate?He didn't remember that verbal estimate, but agreed to honor it anyway.At the end of the transaction, there were no receipts or any other paperwork.It was odd.My interactions with them were cordial, and Eddie is definitely a charming and friendly guy.But the whole operation feels unprofessionally managed, and the quality of the work was only so-so.I'm glad to see others have had good luck here, but I probably wouldn't recommend it based on my experience.read more

This place did an amazing job on my Car. Had a lot of serious side damage as well as a little rust, a dent, and new... grill (shoutout to Offie for doing an awesome job). The best part about this place though is Eddie. He’s honest, fair and really competitive for prices and never surprises you with anything. He’s great to work with and highly recommend him!read more

Beware! Mr. Eddie replaced my bumper and trunk and he and his staff did a poor job on the painting. The painting was... bubbly and he said he would fix it but never did. He would always tell me oh my boys aren’t here and give me a cheap excuse. I’m not satisfied with his service. I like transparency and honesty! If you didn’t want to fix the poor painting you did than you should have said so! It’s been almost 2 yrs since I took my car to him and he never fixed the poor painting his staff did. I do not recommend and until he fixes it this review will stay as is!read more

I took my car here after someone backed into my passenger door. Eddie gave me an honest estimate and I was able to work... out with the other driver. When I received the car, the passenger looked great and you couldnt tell there was once a dent. The customer service was exceptional and very friendly. Just fixed my wife's new white Explorer.It looks brand new for 2 reasons. One, they fixed the damage perfectly. Two,... they basically detailed the car!The car looks like it was waxed, tires shined, inside vacuumed and wiped down.They went above and beyond what they were supposed to do. I first went to Eddie's shop after a small collision last summer, and I decided to use his shop as my main mechanics... after that. Eddie has a wonderful attitude toward customers. He is always respectful, passionate, and is patient enough to explain everything to me. There hasn't been any additional problems to the parts Eddie fixed on my 2007 car. Although I don't wish to see Eddie and his friends too often and spend more money on my car, it's been a pleasure every time.read more

Literally thee best service I’ve ever received at an auto collision center. Eddie was awesome! He kept me updated on... everything which is HUGE when you’re dealing with cars and his customer service was exceptional! No complains at all. I will never go to any collision center again. Had a supplement on my personal vehicle while I worked here and the owner Eddie kept all the money, while doing none of... the additional work. Ask for copies of any invoices for parts and see what you really get. The money went into Eddie's pocket when it got to your facility..read more

These folks rule !!!I highly recommend them! Joel and Eddie have greated me as if they knew me before the minute I stepped in their shop , gave me an estimate in a... few mintues, and made me feel that my car will be in good hands. Joel stayed in touch with me by text messages and e-mails throughout the whole process to get the insurance authorization , he has even given me a rid to the rental car place after I dropped off my car at his shop , offered to pick me up from the rental shop when my car was ready to be picked up. I picked up my car and it was perfectly fixes as new. Normally, I just take my services or goods and be done with a situation but the level of service I experienced from... Eddie and his staff was beyond my expectations. I found them from a google search after I scraped up my brand new 2017 Hyundai Tuscan. A cement pillar and I had a disagreement :-(. From the moment I called Eddie I swear I felt like I was calling a favorite uncle or other family member. He is such a kind, welcoming man. Once I brought my car in, I knew I was in great hands. His office staff was friendly and personable and very easy to talk to. Aside from the customer service, the work was GREAT! Not only did Eddie make sure they used new parts on my new car (insurance tried to fund "used" parts), he also gave a nice discount on direct payment and finished the work 2 days early because he knew I was paying for my rental car out of pocket. When I got my car back, it looked like it came right off the lot and I couldn't have been happier. Eddie and his team are fast, kind and efficient and I will certainly use Columbia Auto Collision again and recommend them with high regards. Thanks Eddie!read more

Columbia Auto Collision Center gave my 1998 Jeep Wrangler a new lease of life.The frame had corroded so badly that... the lower rear suspension arm broke away.The first body shop I took it to said it needed a new frame, then said they couldn't find a frame or repair it.Eddie took a look at it and immediately said a new section of the frame could be welded in.He suggested doing both sides because the other side was also badlycorroded.The job was done quickly, and an engineer friend tells me it was done very well. When I picked the vehicle up, Eddie had a gallery of work-in-progress photos on his computer to show me exactly what was done.I was most impressed with the friendly attention, mechanical work and the bill.I recommend Columbia Auto Collision without hesitation.read more
